Do I need Shopify API keys?
No. You approve ACD inside Shopify and your WooCommerce connector pairs with a one-time link or code. Store tokens are stored encrypted on our service and never sent to WordPress.
Which store is the source of truth?
WooCommerce. Products and stock go from WooCommerce to Shopify, and orders come back from Shopify to WooCommerce.
What happens during an outage?
Changes are queued and retried automatically, and an hourly check picks up any missed orders.
Can I pause syncing?
Yes. Pausing keeps queued work safe until you resume. Disconnecting removes the Shopify authorisation.
